Hi guys, this is a very sad and enraged, but mostly sad tradeplushieswithmeplease... I just got my butterfly mask scammed. I know, I'm so stupid. Does anyone have a butterfly mask they'd be willing to trade? I have lots of betas I'd be willing to give for it. I think I'm gonna take my chat off totally because of this... to remind me of what I lost thanks to it.

Update!

Hi Jammers, this is tradeplushieswithmeplease with the new Daily Update!! Is it just me, or is Animal Jam being so ridiculously slow today? Well, I managed to get on. Before I get started, there is one thing that is very amusing that I did: I went to the only world that wasn't full, Aldan. Ironic and hypocritical... anywho, there was an update today! There is a new mystery animal coming soon. Perhaps it's the hyena that everyone seems to be begging for (except for me, I think it will be terribly ugly XD)... there are also a ton of "Time to update! We will be back soon!" posts from AJHQ. ;-; Giraffes are back, also, and Phantom Armor is available from one of the Adventures!

Various Thoughts On AJ...

Okay, okay, sorry if I offend anyone, but WHAT IS UP WITH ALL THE OBNOXIOUS MEMBERS!? I mean, going on the "rare" bridge and talking in all caps about their wonderful pixels as to attract people whose dreams are to own something good, anything not in stores!? Jus' my opinion, but I think obnoxious members, and nonmembers for that matter, are getting WAY out of hand. Honestly, no one wants to hear about how someone else got their headdress or party hat or Arctic Hood or beards or worn collection! If anything, just be discreet! Seriously, people, more and more Jammers are quitting because of these obnoxious people from the insane, overrated planet Aldan! If you are someone who is shaking their head at how I'm dissing "rare" and "beta" people, imagine this: you are a very young Jammer with extremely limited chat and very little knowledge of rarities and all that stuff. All you know is that you want that item, that really pretty orange, yellow, and white headdress. You see someone of the left bridge in Jamaa dancing and screaming, "TRADE ME!" They have that headdress you really want! You have been saving up your gems for awhile, and go and buy a raccoon hat or some Epic Wonders and go back to Jamaa Township. You trade for the headdress. The person declines, and says, "HEY, THAT WAS A TOTALLY SUCKY TRADE! [Username] IS A BAD TRADER! BLOCK THEM FOR BAD TRADING!" Since you can't retort because of your chat, you gasp in shock at this, and are very sad. You log off for a few days, then decide to log back on. You try again, and the same result occurs. This goes on for about two months, and you eventually quit. This is literally what has happened to thousands of Jammers. It's really sad, to be quite honest. Why can't people just be nice every one in awhile ;-;

What Has Happened To Animal Jam?

What has happened to Animal Jam? Within the span of two days I run into...

(Story 1)
I'm in Jamaa Township, and I see this one person who shall remain anonymous saying, "Best decline wins 5 headdresses!" So I say, "Dude, that's a TOTAL scam, and you KNOW it." SO she does the question mark thing (the member version). There IS a way to get past this thing that scammers do. You say, "You know what you're doing is wrong, so you should stop." I said those words precisely. She told me to go to my den, so I did, and she went too. And here's her story translated into proper grammar and English (A story in a story):

"I know I'm scamming, and I absolutely hate doing so. The only reason I scam, though, is because someone scammed my headdress awhile ago! I want my headdress back, and revenge, too."

That is an utterly horrible reason to scam. My retort to this is:

"Do you remember how you felt when you had your headdress scammed? [She replies with a yes] Well, no one wants to ever feel that way. All you're doing is infecting yourself with the deadly disease of scamming, if you'd care to put it that way. Help people, including yourself, to spread the prevention of that by doing kind acts, such as giveaways, etc."

Then I had to log off :3

(Story 2)

You know when someone says, "LAST CALLING!" you go to their den, even if you don't know what's going on? I do that. Don't judge me -.- But I go to this person's den, and this one wolf says something very inappropriate and offensive to some people that I would rather not say, but it is a sentence with three words and ten letters. Figure it out yourself if you must know. And she said it like this, not these letters though:

Mythical Sportyclaws: E

And so forth. I say, "DUDE! DO YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS A KIDS GAME!?!?" They say, "Yes, of course I do." My response is, "THEN WHY DID YOU SAY THAT!?!?" They reply, "Because it is a British greeting of saying hello." Me: "THEN WHY DID YOU SPLIT IT ALL UP?!" Them: "Because it reported me for inappropriate language." Me: "THEN. DON'T. SAY. IT!! That is REALLY gross!"
